1、檢查固定式升降貨梯動臂油缸的內(nèi)漏情況，最簡單的方法是把動臂升起，看其是否有明顯的自由下降。若下落明顯則拆卸油缸檢查，密封圈如已磨損應予更換。

2、檢查固定式升降貨梯操縱閥，首先清洗安全閥，檢查閥芯是否磨損，如磨損應更換。固定式升降貨梯安全閥安裝后若仍無變化，再檢查操縱閥閥芯磨損情況，其間隙使用限度一般為0.06mm,磨損嚴重應更換。

3、測量固定式升降貨梯液壓泵的壓力，若壓力偏低，則進行調(diào)整，加壓力仍調(diào)不上去，則說明液壓泵嚴重磨損。
